Why We Built This Site
Nebraska court records are public within the access rules, yet a useful answer still depends on choosing the correct custodian. Saunders County Court keeps traffic, misdemeanor, small-claims, probate, and many civil records. The Clerk of the District Court keeps the District Court record set for major civil, felony, domestic-relations, protection-order, and appellate matters. Nebraska JUSTICE is the public starting point for both databases, not a replacement for the local clerk.
The site organizes those separate channels around practical tasks: locating a Register of Actions, checking a setting, understanding a case result, and requesting a public or certified document. It also marks the limits of remote access, including restricted cases, older paper records, and images that may not be available online.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not a Nebraska court, clerk office, or state agency. Its role is limited to public-information routing. It cannot:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain a third-party search box. That provider operates the tool, sets its own terms and prices, and controls its results. A paid signup reached through a box may generate a referral fee for this site. The official source for a Saunders record remains the court or clerk that maintains it.
